Charge the pack before you start

30 days to change your mind
If it is not for you, start a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The kit needs to come back unused and complete — blower, battery, charger, ear plugs and case in the original packaging. Email support first and they will issue an RMA number and the return address.

In practice you get further than that number suggests, because a real dry is bursts and repositioning rather than the trigger held down for twenty straight minutes. If you regularly do more than two cars in a session, a second kit means a charged battery is always sitting on the dock.
Yes, and that is the point of it. Nothing physically touches the surface, so there is no mechanism for a swirl mark or a scratch — those come from grit trapped in a towel being dragged across the clear coat. Air alone cannot do that. It is equally safe on vinyl wrap, paint protection film and glass.
